Wetpaint
The situation
Wetpaint is a consumer focused free wiki creation platform. With a tremendous amount of traction already, they wanted a company to help them grow even faster and get the word out through every online channel possible.
How we thought about it
For this project, our main objective was to increase the overall awareness around Wetpaint and their wiki-creation platform. The strategy we put forth involved search engine optimization for competitive wiki-related keywords and the creation of new, compelling wiki’s that would attract as any people as possible. The combination of these tactics would ultimately drive a substantial amount of search traffic to Wetpaint.com and increase the activity on many of their wiki’s.
Results
By increasing the search presence of Wetpaint.com in addition to creating popular wiki’s, we were able to deliver search traffic, pageviews, and an overall increase in visitor participation.
